Reply by Email in More Modules, and Safer Support Access
Replying to an infinitrac notification email now adds your reply as a comment on the record in more modules, including Non-Conformance Reports and Quality Incident Reports. Keep working from your inbox and the record still keeps the conversation.
When our support team needs to see exactly what a user sees, that user's administrator can grant delegated access. A delegated session is clearly labelled on screen, and the user is emailed when it happens.
Each infinitrac site also now signs its sign-in tokens with its own keys.
