Review and Complete a Transmittal

Once all the desired Recipients and Files have been added to your Transmittal, be sure to review the Transmittal one last time.

• Choose the desired "Send Method."
  • Compile and File Transmittal
    • Allows the user to create the Transmittal and File it in Infinitrac without sending it to Recipients.
  • Email, Compile, and File Transmittal
    • Allows the user to file the Transmittal in Infinitrac and Email the Transmittal to the Recipients listed.
• Press the "Proceed" button.
• When Emailing a Link, both the sender and the recipient(s) will receive an email notification of the new Transmittal.

• A PDF Report of the Transmittal can be downloaded by clicking the "Download Report" button.
• If the Transmittal has been Compiled, a "Download Package" icon is available for you to download the Transmittal PDF Report and attachments in a Zipped file.
