Task Management Basics
Task Management module allows the user to manage tasks that were assigned to them via the Task Management and Meeting Minutes modules. Tasks are organized by the Task Number, Title, Description, the Assignee to the task, Due Date, and Priority. Filters in this module allow the user to easily find tasks and quickly view what others are tasked with. — Viewable access may vary.

- When first entering the Task Management module, find the Folder titled "Task Root" on the left side (Folder Tree area).
- Select the Task Root folder and right click the folder to view editing options.
- Before any Task can be added to the selected folder, it must have a Prefix set.
- To set a Prefix, right click on a folder to view the Folder menu then click the
"Set Prefix" link.

- A new window will open allowing the user to set the Prefix.
- Click the "Submit" button to apply the Prefix and close the window.
- Prefixes may only be set when a Folder is "Mounted"
- Dissolving a folder will delete the selected folder and move its content into its parent folder.
- If the dissolved folder has sub-folders, those sub-folders will not be deleted and will still remain under parent folder.

- Clicking the
"New Task" button at the top right of this screen will add a new Task to the selected folder and open the Task Details window for the New Task.
- Tasks will be named after their Prefix and a serialized number.
