New infinitrac CMS Design!

• We have created a fresh new look for infinitrac that presents a more professional look, brighter colors and a more organized layout.
• Quick Links are now available to quickly access the modules you use most
• The calendar and module updates are available on the Dashboard easily with our tabbed layout. Click each tab to access each dashboard widget - Viewable Access may vary.
• Open Tasks are available straight from the Dashboard and are viewable as soon as you log into the system.
• Each module's navigation tree can be resized quickly and easily by clicking and dragging the vertical bar between the navigation tree and List View.

New Expense Report Module

• Our new Expense Report module can help you record and maintain your company expenses quickly and easily. It can also be customized to match your needs!

• Our Expense Report module includes:
  • Automatically updated Expense Summary totals
  • Add or Remove Expense Categories
  • Notes section for further information recording
  • Mileages with a custom Mileage Rate
  • Add Receipts/File Attachments from your local computer or existing files from infinitrac's Library
  • Management and Employee approvals.

New Tabbing Ability

• A Tab ability has been added to multiple modules to allow quick input of data between line items by using the keyboard's Tab key. It has been implemented in the following modules:
  • Expense Reports - Mileages and Expenses
  • Material Management - Materials section
  • The following modules will only have the tabbing ability in the File Attachments tables:
    • Library
    • RFIs
    • Submittals
    • Transmittals
      

Bug Fixes / Changes:

• Contact Management
  • Added a Contact Filter to show contacts that have permission to the project and who have been assigned to Tasks.
• Issue Resolution
  • Files are associated to Issues based on specific File Revisions.
• Library
  • Renamed "Link" to "Shortcut" for a more intuitive understanding of its function.
  • Root folders cannot be deleted.
• Login
  • The "Remember Me" checkbox will now save your login access.
• Meeting Minutes
  • When Previous Action Items are completed, the page refreshes to reflect changes made.
  • Ability to assign a contact to a Meeting Minute Line Item
• Search
  • Added ability to search for Drawing Numbers and Outlook Email content
• Task Management
  • Ability to assign a contact to a Task
  • Task email notifications will automatically direct users to the project the task is located in.

We have a new version of our File Import system. The file tree has been disabled on the left hand side to improve loading time. While maintaining the "drag and drop feature," we have also added the ability to copy and paste files from your local machine. Please see our Uploading Files User Guide for more information.

• If you have any issues viewing these new changes please clear your Cache by:
  • Internet Explorer (8.0): Click Tools > Internet Options > Under Browsing History click "Delete" > Check "Temporary Internet Files" and click "Delete" > Refresh your browser
  • Firefox (3.5.10): Click Tools > Clear Cache > Refresh your browser

Infinitrac has implemented two (2) new Modules and new features to its existing Modules Lineup for increased functionality and security.  A new Decision Management Module has been developed to assist confident decision making by way of a deliberate flow of events and information tracking for all criteria including alternate solutions.  We have also developed a Materials Receiving Module to document and store pertinent reception information, to ease tracking on-site, produce useful reports, and help manage Purchase Order reconciliation.  These modules are in production and available now; simply inquire by phone, email, or the support link on your infinitrac homepage.

There are some new features to our existing Module Lineup.

• Our Issue Resolution Module now has a feature to send Email Notifications to responsible individuals after creating an issue, and send notifications when commenting through resolution.
• The Daily Reports now have a new table added to the Materials Receiving tab to Associate MRRs (Material Receiving Reports) when used in conjunction with the Materials Management Module.
  • The Daily Report PDF and Daily Chapters Reports now have two new tables added, one will display associated MRRs, and the other will show all Materials contained within the MRRs in a flat, easy to read structure.
• Lastly, we have added a Security Validation to our Outgoing Transmittal Emails when attempting to download the contents, so your information remains only viewed by trusted parties.

All these features are available to all Users with access to the enhanced Modules.
