manage incoming and outgoing documents - a huge time saver!

Outgoing Transmittal: Enter a description, indentify the recipients, and attach all files that comprise the transmittal package. Two options are available, compile and email the transmittal to the recipients or just compile and store in Infinitrac.

Incoming Transmittal: Note the sender and reference number, enter a description, and upload the contents. Files can also be automatically updated by Vendor and Drawing number with Auto Disposition.
