Dashboard

Your Home in Infinitrac! When you login to the system you begin at your Dashboard, an overview of important updates that pertain to a specific user. You will see any open tasks that are assigned to you, sorted by Target Completion Date, any recent uploads to the File Library (File Manager), and any Approved Daily Reports. All listings link directly to the location of the file selected, making all updates simple to find and access. More Dashboard updates are available as more Features are added.

File Management See it in action!

The File Management System allows you to organize all files uploaded into the Infinitrac System. Files are placed in folders and sub-folders. Users can view and edit the details of each file as well as easily upload new revisions. Files can also be attached to other applications without having to re-upload. Infinitrac's Seach Engine makes finding documents, even in huge library systems, simple. You can easily download large groups of files to your personal computer with the click of a button!

Daily Reporting

The Daily Report application allows users with a central location to log pertinent daily activity. The application houses a suite of features all focused on a different data set that makes up most business's and project's daily information needs. Features available:

• General Information - an open field for inserting descriptive text.
• Weather - An automatic feed based on Date, Time, and Location
• Material Receiving - tracks material codes, quantities and descriptions
• Visitors - Log visitors and describe the purpose of their visit
• Safety Items - log any incidents or near misses with corrective action data and upload contextual files/images against a claim.
• Images - Provide image files focusing on certain daily circumstances and describe. Performs Single and Bulk Image Uploading, and can Associate and Image from the File Manager.
• Files - Import files regarding daily activity and describe. Performs Single and Bulk Importing, and can Associate a File from the File Manager.
• Comments - Any user with access can Comment against the Daily Report. Date and Author are automatically adopted to the Comment.
• Quantity Tracking - Anything measurable can be adopted, organized into categories, provided a budgeted quantity, and tracked daily against your budget. Useful in tracking financial budgets, material consumption, resource use, and work unit budgets.
• Print Report - Produce custom reports containing your business or project identity and all report data in a professional, easy to read (.pdf) format.

Consistant reporting in this module alone makes managing your business or project, on or off-site, easier than ever!

Task Tracking

Never let a Task fall through the cracks! Our Task Tracking module contains everything you need to consistently create and monitor Tasks in any organization. Appropriately Title and Describe the Task, include a Target Completion Date, Prioritize how you like, Assign the Task to parties it concerns with the option to Send Email Notification of the Assignment, and Attach new or Associate existing Files. Comments can be made against the Task as it works its way to completion. Using sorting and filtering functions, you can quickly look at all Tasks by their responsible Assignment(s), Priority, and Due Date. Produce Summary Reports to manage work flow and identify trends in the organization.

Contacts and User Security

Infinitrac is your Address book for all Contacts pertinent to the knowledge-base of any organization. When a new Contact is added into the system, all Users with the appropriate credentials to access the Contacts Manager will be able to easily Contact any important persons. The Account Owner will designate User Permissions (Read/Write/Hidden) from the Application level to the Folder level.
