Infinitrac is capable of assisting businesses large and small, with any needs of document control. Within a reasonable price, the Infinitrac Basic package provides you with a file management system for online document control, and is also available for upgrade for growing companies. The Infinitrac Enterprise package benefits large corporations by managing multiple projects at once.
What is the minimum requirement to run Infinitrac?
Only an Internet connection with any A-grade web browser is needed (Explorer 6+ or Mozilla Firefox 2+). However, our Bulk Upload feature requires the presence of Java. Both Java and this bulk-upload feature are available for free. Click here to get the latest copy of Java.
What do I do if I need support?
We have two convenient options for you:

Yes, data is backed up nightly. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency.
Is Infinitrac reliable, secure, and confidential? Where is the data hosted?
Yes, we take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Our server is hosted and professionally managed by Rackspace, a recognized leader in high-end hosting.
I see that you have different storage capacities and users available. What happens if I need to add more users or space to my Infinitrac site?

How long has Infinitrac Inc. been in Business?
Infinitrac Inc. is a new company started up in 2009 as the software brainchild behind Demonstrated Performance, Inc. However, The Infinitrac Team was originally assembled in 2007 to begin internal development and support for Demonstrated Performance employees and clientele.
Where is Infinitrac Inc. located?
We are based out of Roseville, CA (near Sacramento).
Is support outsourced?
All of our support is handled in-house by our support team, which works closely in line with our development and testing personnel to ensure our knowledgebase is vast and all matters are dealt with promptly.
When are your office hours?

Infinitrac was grown in the Project Management world of Industrial Power Plant Construction. As the applications and functions increased, we have realized that given certain sets of tools and customized for proper organization/terminology, the platform can work for all kinds of business. It has been used for Online Secretary Organizations, Library Management with Check-In/Check-Out, Project and Program Management, and we are currently looking towards the Prepared Foods and Medical Industries.

How long will it take to have my Infinitrac system ready?
Once we have received your order and information, it will take 4 to 8 business hours to setup the system.
Are there any additional fees for using Infinitrac?
The only additional fee is for advanced technical and user support, such as Infinitrac customizations and special feature requests.
How do I make payments?
Automatic credit card payments or monthly invoices are available for your convenience.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Please contact our customer support for package changes. Once the request is confirmed, the changes will be available within 1 to 2 business hours.
Is Infinitrac customization available?
Customization is available at very competitive rates. We are frequently able to process customer requests within two business days. Please call us at 1 (866) 548-8407 for more information.
How do we cancel the service?
Please contact our customer support for a cancellation request. Pre-contractual cancellations are available with 30 days notice. Partial months of service will be prorated.
